Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant with SVN, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized office environment, handling communications, and assisting with scheduling and record-keeping. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence
  •  Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members
  • Support event planning and logistics as needed
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Compensation: $34,600.00 per year
